An Evening with Adam Wynn.

A special dinner has been arranged on the Monday
evening (November 17) at one of Adelaide’s most well known and highly regarded
restaurants, Chesser Cellars. The evening will include a 3 course menu
featuring selected quality South Australia food. Adam Wynn, a highly regarded
international wine judge will speak at the dinner, matching South Australian
wines with the food. This will be excellent opportunity for conference
participants to meet in a relaxed atmosphere with fellow delegates and
to learn in a fun way, about matching food and wines. Registrations are

Adam Wynn was the owner and chief winemaker of Mountadam Winery in South
Australia until 2000. Adam Lecturer graduated Diplome dOenologue, University
of Bordeaux (Dux). and was a lecturer in Winemaking at Roseworthy Agricultural
College. He is an International Wine Judge. During his illustrious career
he has been involved in gourmet food exports to Japan. (The Adam Wynn Selection),
he has been Honorary Consul-General for Japan in SA from Feb 2004.
