Presenting authors must be registrants for the full conference or at least be registered for the day of presentation.
Acceptance of papers and inclusion in the program is conditional on registration.
Presenters are responsible for their own expenses.
Authors must be prepared to confirm their copyright ownership of the paper, that it is their original work, that the paper has not been published previously in any form and that the HFESA will be granted permission to publish the paper.
